This virtually facilitated 90 minute group workshop introduces participants to the Myers-Briggs® personality framework and provides guidance into how individuals might work together more effectively as a team based on an understanding of personality differences. In order to have healthy work relationships we must first understand and identify our unique patterns of communicating, and then understand the preferences of others.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) framework offers participants a foundation for understanding individual differences and applying that understanding to the ways people think, communicate, and interact. Versatile and dependable, this model sets the stage for lifelong learning and development.

This workshop will:
• Confirm participant’s MBTI® best-fit type.
• Increase self-awareness by understanding one’s natural source of energy, motivations, frustrations, and potential blind spots.
• Apply type to appreciate differences in how people communicate and make decisions.
• Create an individual action plan to leverage learnings to improve personal and team effectiveness.

Each participant will be given access to take the Myers-Briggs® assessment online and will receive a personalized report and Introduction to Type Booklet in PDF format before the workshop begins.

About the Instructor

Saundra Stroope is a certified MBTI practitioner from CPP, the Myers-Briggs® Company. Saundra works with multiple partner companies to bring her expertise in leadership development, team building, strategic planning, career development, succession planning, change management, curriculum design, writing, speaking, and employee engagement.

She is the author of more than a dozen works, including a chapter titled “Career Development to Engage and Retain High Potential Emerging Leaders” in the book Integrated Talent Management Scorecards, by ATD Press. Saundra holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in HR Management. She has guided many individuals and organizations to achieve higher performance.
